Return and Refund Policy

At Peak Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

To initiate a return, please email support@peaksleeptape.com with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please note that:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Any product returned in a condition not compliant with our return policy may be rejected and no refund issued.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email support@peaksleeptape.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. The following products cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Used or opened products

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@peaksleeptape.com.
